Combing the beaches of Trujillo, Honduras, Maria collects pieces of sand-polished glass which have been deposited on the beach by the ocean. Inspecting each piece, she envisions each as a "canvas" for her colorful creations! These canvases come in hues of brown, clear, blue, green, gray and yellow glass. Maria combines brightly colored beads and wire to fashion unique, whimsical dragonflies resting on their individual glass "canvases"! Delightful! No two are quite alike.
