Bring an appreciation of the out-of-doors IN-doors to adorn your home or office!  Our hand-crafted pine needle baskets have arrived from Nicaragua!  These eco-friendly products are created from recently-fallen, long-leaf pine needles indigenous to the mountainous region around El Sauce, Nicaragua. Being diligent to perfect their basket-coiling technique, the women of Fuente de Pino are masterfully sharing their artistic heritage with you!

Each basket is well-shaped with tightly coiled “ropes” of long pine needles.  A splash of color is added at both the center of the basket as well as the edges to define the basket’s particular design.

These baskets are perfect for mounting on your wall, displaying on your table, or simply featuring those delicious fresh apples, bananas and pears!
