Factory Second Medium Zipped ToteHagar Design/STOPstart received a batch of zippers from a supplier they'd been using for years that weren't up to their quality standards. They've since switched to using YKK zippers, but we have some product that isn't up to our quality standards. While the zipper WORKS fine, we've experienced occasional problems with pull-tab snapping or breaking off the slide. So while the BAGS are first quality, we can't guarantee the zippers against breakage. But even if the zipper tab DOES break, the bag will still serve for years.
